Rachael Cook

 Rachael L. Cook (born on October 4 1978) is an American actress. She has starred on the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999 as well as Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She also is a star in the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice and also in Robot Chicken's and She's all That (1999) and She's All That (1999). The series started with the English version for Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Leigh Cook was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a social worker who was a stand-up comedian, and JoAnn, a cooking instructor and weaver. Cook is an Italian-born. Cook first made an appearance in an advertisement for public service in foster care at seven years of age. She then began working as a child print model when she was 10, including nationwide advertisements for Target as well as appearing on boxes of Milk-Bone dog biscuits. She attended Clara Barton Open School, Laurel Springs School, and Minneapolis South High School
