  Jacques Bermon Webster II, born April 30, 1991, is better popularly known as Travis Scott (previously Travi$ Scott) is an American musician, rapper and songwriter. His stage name is a fusion of the name a loved uncle and the initials of Kid Cudi (whose real identity is Scott Mescudi), Scott signed his first major label contract in 2012 with Epic Records. In April of 2013, Scott signed joint-recording contracts with Epic and T.I. Scott also signed a record agreement with Epic and T.I. Scott's debut full length album, Owl Pharaoh (mixtape) self-released in 2013. In 2013 Scott self-released the mixtape Owl Phaoh. A follow-up mixtape called Days Before Rodeo was released in the year 2014. Rodeo (2015) was his first studio album. It featured the hit track "Antidote". The album that followed, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first top-ranked album on the Billboard 200. Scott has released his second album together with Quavo, Huncho Jack Huncho (2016). This album is the third album he had recorded with Astroworld. Scott also recorded his first Billboard Hot 100 #1 single, "Sicko Mode" which included Drake. Scott's Cactus Jack Records release the compilation album JackBoys in the second quarter of 2019. The album was a top contender for the Billboard 200. Following the release of his single "Franchise" featuring Young Thug and M.I.A., Scott was in a position to release the album compilation JackBoys. Scott became the first artist in the Hot 100 to have three singles reach the top spot in less than an entire year, in the year 2020.
